Over the last 15 years, she has held senior management roles, providing strategic advice and support to C-suite executives on initiatives focused on department restructuring, developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and creating innovative solutions to optimize operations, reduce overhead, and enhance project efficiency. For the past two decades, Pamela has remained active in mentoring and supporting junior staff in advancing their careers.
