Marcin Nasuro joined ClearHaven in 2025, bringing a diverse background in trade support, operations, and valuation across top financial institutions. He began his career at Nomura, where he supported MBS trading desks and spearheaded automation initiatives to streamline trade reporting and reconciliation processes. Marcin then transitioned to Warburg Pincus, where he oversaw custody and valuation operations, collaborated with deal teams on portfolio transactions, and ensured compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. Most recently, he served as an MO Fixed Income/Ops Analyst at Varde Partners, managing settlements, reconciliations, and process improvements for a range of asset classes, including bonds, derivatives, and loans. Marcin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a minor in Accounting and Pre-Law, from Pace University Lubin School of Business, graduating with honors. He further enhanced his expertise by completing the Business Analytics: From Data to Insight program at The Wharton School.
