Leslie Archard joined Clear Haven in 2025. She has over ten years of experience in the mortgage and asset-backed securities markets. Prior to joining Clear Haven, she held roles at Jefferies LLC and Amherst Pierpont, with a focus on institutional sales and trading. Her work has centered on developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, helping them navigate structured credit markets and address investment strategy and liquidity requirements. She has experience working with a wide range of fixed income products and client types. Leslie is originally from Philadelphia and holds a degree in Marketing and Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and ballroom dancing with her daughter.
