Keith has over 20 years of experience in fixed income, specializing in securitization, structured products, and capital markets. He has held key roles in portfolio management, trading, and banking, with deep expertise in structuring, execution, and process optimization.

Before joining Clear Haven, he served as Head of Capital Markets at LoanHomi, a fintech solar lender, and held roles at Brean Capital, Hunt Financial Securities, and Resource America, focusing on securitization, origination, and financial engineering.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Menig was a Portfolio Manager at Bayview Asset Management and spent six years at C-BASS, specializing in the acquisition, valuation, and securitization of Non-Agency MBS and whole loans.  He has also worked extensively with community banks and credit unions, advising on balance sheet optimization and strategies to maximize income and capital efficiency. 

Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
