George Kolesnik joined Clear Haven in 2025, bringing over 10 years of experience in accounting and operations. He began his career in public accounting, where he worked on audit and tax. George then transitioned into the alternative asset space, joining Clarion Partners, where he worked on both separately managed accounts and their flagship open ended fund. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Accounting and Operations at 10 East, working with Private Credit, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Venture Capital asset classes.

George earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, from Lehigh University.
